    - Advice on the appointment of other consultants - Resource & Building Consent Applications

    We  offer  specific  project  management  services  for Education projects which includes the following:  
   
   

  • Ensuring projects comply with all statutory regulatory and  ministry  design  standards  and  are  carried  out according to The MOE Property Handbook.  

       
   

  • Advising on the 5 and 10 year property plan.  

       
   

  • Observing  Ministries  policies  and  procedures  for  the development and maintenance of school property
